After seating in my car for about 5 minutes (there's a sign at entrance that clearly says "Stop, wait for service") I went inside and 2 guys just hanging out there chatting! I asked if they were open or what what's going on. Guy said: "bro, it's 100F outside, we're inside cooling off". That same guy saw my pull up to the shop. Could have easily said "come inside, we'll take care of you here". I decided to leave after that. I do landscape for a living so I get that it's tough working under the heat. But if I see a customer pull up to me, I don't ignore them. If you can't handle the heat, then go get an office job!

**SCAM ALERT: STOP AND READ BEFORE GETTING SCAMMED.** I strongly advise denying any repair suggestions made by this facility. I brought my vehicle in for a simple air conditioning issue, and four days later Yes 4 days, I was essentially coerced into paying approximately $2,300 which is 320 dollars extra, under the ultimatum of, "Pay this or leave your car here." Keep in mind initial estimate was 1600 and remaining is extra parts that they broke in the process of "fixing" my car. The older gentleman at the front desk lacks professional integrity. He refused to honor our initial agreement and tacked on extra labor charges that directly contradicted what we had discussed and agreed upon beforehand. I dont know how people of such zero integrity can even look into their own eyes, let alone people around them. Never going back here.
